We are seeking a Bridal Sales Consultant to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

– You enjoy a position that requires you to wear many different “hats.” You will work with clients, answer the phones, help keep the store tidy, etc. Every day will be different!
Responsibilities:
- Pre-qualify customers & research their needs before appointments.
- Create a warm, inviting and casual environment to shop in, and have the ability to make brides and their groups feel comfortable, take care of and heard.
- Become an expert in all our designers and have the ability to relay information to brides.
- Take accurate measurements & explain the detail the tailoring process to brides & bridesmaids.
- Write up orders in detail and explaining the order process to customers.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Requirements/Qualifications:
- MUST be able to work weekends (Saturdays AND Sundays) as well as a couple of evenings during the week (we are open until 7:00 PM on weekdays). Please only apply if you are willing/able to work both weekend days!
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields (Bridal experience a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers and create trusting relationship with brides & bridesmaids
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work weekends & evenings is required
Your main job responsibility will be to meet with clients for private appointments to aid them in finding their perfect bridal gown and/or bridesmaids’ dresses. Giving our customers a fun, professional and stress free shopping experience is our #1 priority, so we have very high standards for everyone who works with them. Brides (and their loved ones) can be demanding, so a kind yet firm personality is a must! Be ready to work hard but have a lot of fun doing it!
