We are growing our team. We are currently looking to fill two positions: Senior Bridal Sales Consultant and Bridal Assistant

Senior Bridal Sales Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Bridal Sales Consultant to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

This job is for you if:
– You are extremely detail oriented and able to multi-task
– You are polished, professional and friendly; in person, on the phone and via email
– You love working with people
– You have an eye for fashion
– You have an interest in the bridal industry
– You are goal oriented and a team player
– You want to take on new responsibilities and challenges
– You enjoy a position that requires you to wear many different “hats.” You will work with clients, answer the phones, help keep the store tidy, etc. Every day will be different!

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-qualify customers & research their needs before appointments.
  • Create a warm, inviting and casual environment to shop in, and have the ability to make brides and their groups feel comfortable, take care of and heard.
  • Become an expert in all our designers and have the ability to relay information to brides.
  • Take accurate measurements & explain the detail the tailoring process to brides & bridesmaids.
  • Write up orders in detail and explaining the order process to customers.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • MUST be able to work weekends (Saturdays AND Sundays) as well as a couple of evenings during the week (we are open until 7:00 PM on weekdays). Please only apply if you are willing/able to work both weekend days!
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields (Bridal experience a plus)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and create trusting relationship with brides & bridesmaids
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends & evenings is required

Your main job responsibility will be to meet with clients for private appointments to aid them in finding their perfect bridal gown and/or bridesmaids’ dresses. Giving our customers a fun, professional and stress free shopping experience is our #1 priority, so we have very high standards for everyone who works with them. Brides (and their loved ones) can be demanding, so a kind yet firm personality is a must! Be ready to work hard but have a lot of fun doing it!

Part Time Bridal Consultant

Bridal Assistant

We are currently seeking a part-time Bridal Showroom Assistant to join our team. As a Bridal Showroom Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting brides-to-be in finding their perfect wedding attire. This position requires an individual who is available to work on weekends, ensuring that our showroom maintains its high standard of service during peak customer traffic.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
  • Assist bridal consultants with check out procedure, including writing up detailed orders and processing payments
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, including the arrangement of merchandise and display areas.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and an enjoyable customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work on weekends (both Saturdays and Sundays) is essential for this position.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers.
  • Interest in wedding gown styles, fabrics is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented approach and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A passion for the bridal industry
